IP forum held by Mofcom with LED lighting industry

A forum was organized by China's Ministry of Commerce (Mofcom) in Shanghai on 24 September to discuss with stakeholders in LED (Semiconductor) lighting industries, where intellectual property and overseas rights protection became prominent issues.
Targeting IP challenges faced by the industry, delegates from governmental authorities, research institutions, law firms and enterprises provided valuable insights into LED industry, including its macro situation, innovative reform potential, feasible patent strategy, as well as how to respond to the U.S. investigation under Section 337 and how to safeguard their IP rights in international market.
